Adopt-A-Grandparent
Happier Healthier Seniors
Too many Seniors in America today find themselves alone and isolated from family, friends, social activities, physical exercise and much needed social services. Our Adopt-A-Grandparent program builds active caring support-based relationships between our Volunteers and the Senior. The program is simple: each Volunteer “Adopts” a Senior or Senior Community and spends quality time with them during regular visits, helping them to become an active part of their community, while making healthy social connections.
By developing relationships with Seniors, our Volunteers share in the deep wisdom of the Senior’s life experiences and help them to identify where they can best share it. As the relationship continues to grow, Volunteers assist the Senior in connecting to the appropriate programs that best fit their unique needs including social activities, volunteering opportunities, physical exercise, etc.
Our Volunteers also help Seniors stay in contact with friends and family who don’t live close by providing help with basic computer skills, email and social networking. No computer? No worries, we work with local providers to help get one to each senior in need.
Many of our Seniors bring a wealth of professional and business knowledge after a distinguished career and in many cases success in running their own businesses. We bring together experienced Seniors with our up-and-coming business leaders. This creates a bridge that allows Seniors to share the depth of their knowledge and provides a way for them to continue to make a contribution to their community.

Caring Canines "And Crew"
We are very excited about "Caring Canines"! This program is designed to reach those in need with the love of animals. Our teams first train the canines (all rescue dogs) to do a wide variety of tricks. We then dress them up and take them to senior living facilities and alike places to do shows and spend quality time with those who need fellowship. This has been an unbelievably successful program that is helping both individuals and our rescue animals.
